THE QUESTION
What does a larger print area change in practice?
The A2L expands the familiar A-series formula to a 330 × 320 × 325 mm build volume. That creates room for larger parts, bigger props and more batch printing, but I wanted to see whether the rest of the experience kept up.
WHAT I TESTED
Printing, colour and the extra modules.
The review covers multi-colour printing and AMS compatibility, real print quality, filament waste, the camera, nozzle-blob detection, plus the blade-cutting and pen-plotting modules.
MY TAKEAWAY
Easy to use, though not a reinvention.
The machine’s approachable workflow is a strength: it is easy to get from setup to printing, and the added room opens up larger projects. My review also questions whether the changes feel substantial enough to call this a full generational leap, and points out features I wanted to work better.
